Order Processing
Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. New collection launches may add additional days to order processing times, orders are dispatched in the order that they are received.

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Shipping and Handling
We offer shipping on domestic orders . To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Cat&Bonnet is unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S. Territories.
The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, it is a responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country. Estimated import taxes and customs fees are presented at the checkout and not included in the shipping cost. A customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees. International transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs. USPS does not provide International tracking once the package has left the US.

Cat&Bonnet accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card and PayPal payments.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

Return and Exchange Policy
Items may be returned within 15 days from time of delivery for full refund or store credit.
Items must be must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside and outside labels still attached, without repairs and with their corresponding purchase receipt). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return and handling shipping costs on exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Period
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process the order in an estimated time of 10-14 days, depending on your bank and the method of payment used.
